I wanted to call this a "Double Back Spoon"... since there is no bowl, and either side always looks like the back of one of my spoons.
Instead I named this the "Bread Spoon". The simplicity of making bread brings to mind the strength needed to stir dough. This spoon is strong and able to handle extremely thick dough. With no sticky dough stuck in the bowl... since it is a double backed spoon.
