SPOON CARE

I make my spoons especially smooth so they are easy to clean. A Scotchbrite tm pad in hot soapy water actually sands the spoon while cleaning. I have discovered coconut oil is best to bring out the natural lustre of the wood. With simple care, your spoons will serve you for many years of happy cooking.
